Sree Durga Devi dazzling in Satva Guna and Sree Bhadrakali glittering in Rajo Guna are consecrated in TWO separate sanctum-sanctorums (Sreekovil) of equal size and shape with equal importance, inside a single fortification (Nalambalam).
Nagam is hallowed in a separate enclosure towards Vayukon, inside the temple compound.
Bhadrakali, in her most ferocious Tamo guna form has been consecrated just outside the temple precincts, under a thick foliage. Perumbeshan in Shaivachytanya form is also seated beside the fierce Bhadrakali.
